WHAT TO KNOW
Travel & Accommodation
●The stated prices do not include hotel stay, travel, or ride-share costs.
●The Client must book the hotel/Airbnb at least two days before the shoot.
●The Client will either provide a ride-share allowance (Uber, Lyft, Taxi, etc.) to and from thelocation or communicate with the Creator about ride-share arrangements.

Ownership of Content
●All content created under this contract will remain the property of the Client upon fullpayment.
●The Creator retains the right to use the content for portfolio and promotional purposes,unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by both parties.

Cancellation and Rescheduling
●The Client may cancel or reschedule the shoot with at least 48 hours’ notice.
●If the Client cancels the shoot less than 48 hours before the scheduled time, the deposit willbe forfeited.

Liability
●The Creator is not liable for any delays or damages caused by circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to acts of God, injury, accidents, or unforeseen technical issues.
●The Creator is not responsible for any third-party claims, damages, or legal actions resultingfrom the use of the content by the Client.

Late Payment Clause
●If the final payment is not received within 7 days of project completion, a late fee of 5% per week will apply.
